left a poor tase in my mouth, when my mom was removed what is common property by her slimy soon to be x-husband, thief who stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from my mother- and a frigid Chase Employee uttered the words: "you are not on this account". But she was on the account yesterday, A more personal and honest and classy approach would have been: " I am sorry for the inconvenience it appears you may have been removed." She gave us the "criminal look" mind you my mom has a legit atm card and ID. The decor is just as frigid with old style tiles, not so fresh or modern to go with the classless way of treating customers. Blah, shame on you and your cross eyed less than pleasant employees and our attorney will be in touch soon.
